In today's show we discuss why anyone would even want to become a Secured Party. It is my contention that the entire Federal Reserve/Legislative Democracy is commercial in nature. I do not believe that it is illegal and unlawful as many say. The reason for this is because of the "plenary power doctrine" which gives each of the branches of government absolute power within their respective delegation of powers. Congress received their powers pursuant to Article I Section 8 Clause 3, Article I Section 8 Clause 9, and Article I Section 8 Clause 17. Those three clauses in the constitution comprise the jurisdiction elements that allow congress to seize In Personam Jurisdiction over U.S. citizens.  Additionally, Minimum Contacts creates the implied contractual elements (Voluntary Consent) that allow U.S. citizens (Not Private Citizens) to be taken into administrative courts (Legislative Article I Courts).
