WPG E35 - John The Baptist

In the Bible Study, we learnt how John the Baptist was filled with the Holy Spirit and how he was the person to prepare the way for the Messiah. Luke 1:1-80 We were led into John 6:56: Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in them. How can we eat Jesus’ Flesh and drink His blood. John 1:14 says: The word became flesh and dwelled among us… The word became a human being having flesh and blood. So, when we read the word and do all that is in it we are eating Jesus’ flesh and drinking his blood. We are eating parts of the human being called Jesus. And when that word gets into us it becomes flesh and blood in us.
