A Manhattan prosecutor has convened a grand jury to consider evidence in a criminal investigation against former President Donald Trump and his businesses. The Department of Homeland security plans to issue a directive to regulate the cybersecurity of the pipeline industry. And, three of the nation's largest drug distributors are all on trial, accused of contributing to the opioid epidemic.
