Vulnerability with a Counselor.

Here I break down the struggle of trying to open up and connect with a therapist. From what I gather she is not a shaman or priest or rabbi or spiritual minister of any type. And I was hesitating on whether to include her in any of the spiritual practices. I generally find these practices to be personal and not something I’ll often share. But it can be isolating without having a very routine or regular crew to share with.
