True North

<p>What do you want out of life? At first, you may say that you&apos;&apos;re not really sure, but I know if you check in with your heart and ask, you&apos;ll get everything you&apos;re looking for. The next question then becomes, what are you doing today and is it aligned with what you want to do/be/experience? I believe for many, the answer is no. I know for myself, that I was taking actions and doing things not because I wanted them, but because other expected them of me.
