There is a cost to developing your weaknesses

<p>The cost of developing your weaknesses is that it makes you average. It stops you realising the true potential of your strengths. If you are in a leadership position, I would encourage you to bring our the greatness in those around you by developing their strengths (and minimising the harm their weaknesses may cause).</p>
