Episode 53: The Wait On this episode I had the privilege of interviewing Nozipho Sibanda (MS) a Transformational Life Coach. 5 years ago, Nozipho was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). PCOS is a genetic, hormonal and reproductive disorder that is also one of the leading causes of infertility in women. Some of the symptoms of PCOS include; irregular periods, excessive acne, weight gain, anxiety, depression and cysts in the ovaries.
