<p>Tonight, someone jumps a car, a man impersonates a cop, none of you fucks can drive and Rusty hopes the snow will kill you ALL!!!!!! Lots of snow "predicted" to come this weekend, and criminals being released with NO bail isn't working out so well....</p>
