Palestine, Ohio said the toxic disaster there feels like the catastrophe in Bhopal — dangerous chemicals everywhere and a lack of honesty by Norfolk Southern, the rail company that contaminated the town. Sil Caggiano tells Trish the town was nuked when railcars carrying hazardous chemical were set ablaze - perhaps in order to get the tracks open again. E.
