Her dissertation was about the history of written true crime in the United States. She is the author of three books published through McFarland on Jack the Ripper, H.H. Holmes, and Making a Murderer, and she is currently under contract for two books about the works of Stephen King, one through McFarland and one through Lexington. <br /><br />Simon Maltman (author of Crime Noir THE WOLF IS AT YOUR DOOR releasing 8/23/22): Simon Maltman is the author of novels, novellas and short stories, released with various publishers.
