Taking your thyroid medication sublingually (under the tongue)

Did you know that you can take your thyroid medication under your tongue? This route of taking your thyroid medication is called the sublingual route. There are pros and cons to using this route and you should be aware of BOTH before you try it out. Not all thyroid medications work if taken this way and they may not work for all people but there are things you can do to increase the likelihood that they will be effective.
