Saturday 31st July Steps to Supernatural Intervention 6 Today we would be looking at the place of the mind in experiencing the supernatural. Remember that Jesus told the Jews in Matthew 13:15 how they needed to align their eyes, ears and minds to attract the supernatural intervention of God. He said that they would have to repent to receive transformation and healing. This healing will not take place if their eye, ears, and minds are not completely yielded to him. Now the mind being a very interesting part of the human being doesn't just change overnight. Something has to be done to it; it is called the RENEWING of the mind.   Romans 12:2  says... "Be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of Your mind..." Now Paul is saying that for you to experience the power of God in your life, and the change that you want to see, you must renew your mind. This process would demand that you yield your mind to the things of God. The reason you need to yield your mind to God is so that you don't cut yourself off from the transforming power of God. 2 kings 5:9-14 So Naaman went with his horses and chariots and waited at the door of Elisha’s house. 10 But Elisha sent a messenger out to him with this message: “Go and wash yourself seven times in the Jordan River. Then your skin will be restored, and you will be healed of your leprosy.”11 But Naaman became angry and stalked away. “I thought he would certainly come out to meet me!” he said. “I expected him to wave his hand over the leprosy and call on the name of the Lord his God and heal me! 12 Aren’t the rivers of Damascus, the Abana and the Pharpar, better than any of the rivers of Israel?
