Slow Down

<p>I was sitting looking at the clock the other day noticing as the second hand goes around how it seemed to be really slow as I was just watching the second hand go by the three, the six, the nine, it was like time actually stopped because I was paying attention to it. You know, our lives are kind of like that. When we're really busy not paying attention to it, it just flows by, but when you slow down and actually notice what's happening, it really slows down time. And you can enjoy the moment more often today. I'd like you to be thinking about slowing down and paying more attention to what you're actually doing. I love you.
