Show Me The Purpose

<p>A purpose and a plan. &nbsp;Both of which can be changed by corporate leaders and losers. &nbsp;Not a negative! &nbsp;It's preparation! &nbsp;The plan is always about dealing with change. &nbsp;It's have to be the right because somehow it ends up going left. &nbsp;The purpose of the plan is what? &nbsp;I love bringing this up with local decision makers who waste no time shrugging their shoulders saying "I just do what I'm told." &nbsp;Preachers on Sunday always talk about God having a plan. &nbsp;I don't disagree but what is the purpose? &nbsp;We tend to assume we know it. &nbsp;To land a purpose requires a lot of change that will be challenged. &nbsp;Is it the new normal?</p> --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/arroe-collins/message
