Say Hello

<p>HELLO THURSDAY! What is hello Thursday? While in a Chicago training program we did a fun exercise practicing saying hello to as many people as we could as we walked between buildings. It was a lot of fun. &nbsp;Connecting, even if for a moment, elevates your mood! You can even text hello if you want. Either way, make eye contact and say hello and get out of your comfort zone.
