Ep #157 - Your mind is a vast ocean of programming. Everything you have experienced in your life is recorded by your unconscious mind and from the moment your five senses bring something into your awareness your mind attaches meaning to it.

How is this meaning attached? Why do you attach the meanings to circumstances and events the way you do? When is now the best time to begin the journey of investigating yourself in a way that increases your mindset around yourself in regards to what you are capable of and what you can achieve?

I have long held the belief that I am capable of anything I set my mind to. I have also experienced myself walk away from something I knew without a doubt, when I started, I could complete.

Why do I, or you, walk away from something we know we want? When was this behavior programmed into us? How has years and years of programming yourself for addiction created habits in you that you now must contend with - and ultimately eliminate if you are to be successful in your sobriety, addiction recovery, and life?

Does one moment, one event, one instance of trauma determine you will become an addict? Does that traumatic experience set you down a path where addiction is the only outcome?

This is some heady stuff...and I think it is time we start to uncover it, not just for ourselves, which of course is crucial, but for the betterment of society at large. Once we uncover the layers in ourselves that led us into addiction we then are more capable of leading others out of their proverbial fire and into the serene waters of sobriety and recovery.

It is time. It has been time. To live is to shine. Step into the SUN.

Just hit play and let's dive in with our open minds, hearts, and energies bringing everyone into the fold - you are in the right place, at the right time...right now.

Stand up, step forward, raise your hand - it's your turn, I will call on you.

********************************************

Thank you so much for listenin
