Pumpkin Bread, the quick bread episode 10

<p>In this episode Sheila discusses how to make the Pumpkin Bread quick bread. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;She explains the correct flour to use and also, the mixing technique to get a wonderful texture and flavor in your loaf.</p> <p>Recipe: 3 1/4 cups of flour-pastry or all purpose</p> <p>3 cups of white sugar</p> <p>1 tsp salt</p> <p>1 Tablespoon and 1 tsp of baking soda</p> <p>2 tsp of cinnamon</p> <p>1 tsp of nutmeg</p> <p>1 ¼ cup of raisins.
