<p>The category of my podcast is a personal journal- so why do I put so much pressure on picking podcast topics? there's always a creative block waiting to happen, and this week I had one. but, it didn't stop me from putting out an episode. this week I sit down and talk about having COVID, my ability to overreact, understanding other's emotions, and listening to signs from the universe everyday. Although it took a lot out of me to record today and I had no true plan, I feel as though this was one of my favorite episodes to record. till next time, xoxoxo, ale &lt;333</p>
