<p>It’s El Cheapo time!  And every year, that means the competition between Capt. Kirk and Jeff is ON!!!  As for Capt. Kevin, it was time for him to hang out with his Fishing Forecast co-host Capt. Scott Shank at Consignment Boat Sales for their annual live shindig!  They were also joined by old OS friend Capt.
