This week we found ourselves in the unassuming brainchild of Justin Best Uncle Mings. Uncle Mings is a swish cocktail bar and late-night dumpling house hidden amongst the hustle and bustle of Sydney’s York St. Down a flight of stairs and through a bamboo curtain you enter what can only be described as a sensory experience. Dark red lighting, incense, and paper lanterns transport you to another setting entirely.
