Niche Overwhelm

Do you ever feel like there is too much to do and you don't know where to start? The other day my mom sent me her list and asked me to run some errands for her. I thought, "my plate is really full too and I just can't do this." So I wrote her back and I let her know what I could help with over the weekend, but not right away. But then I found myself feeling guilty for this. It is kind of my normal situation. Function in overwhelm and never stop. Go until I am exhausted and don't stop until the list is done! Well, if you can imagine this isn't helpful. Today we are going to talk about what to do when you are feeling overwhelmed with your business, your Niche, and how to get out of it.
