Munich Security Conference concludes

The annual Munich Security Conference has wrapped up with many Western countries calling for more arms deliveries to Ukraine as the conflict marks one year of fighting. North Korea has fired two short-range ballistic missiles, its third major weapons test this year. And over 36 people have died in Brazil as heavy rains lash northern Sao Paulo.
