<p>Coming up this December is a brand new podcast Mental Health and You from Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust – NSFT.&nbsp;We will dip into a different department each fortnight to hear their current thoughts on many aspects of mental health. One week we might be wrapped up in research with a psychologist talking about what causes PTSD in children and how we might be able to help, next we will be absorbed by wellbeing and how a few little changes can make things a bit more manageable.
