Living Contradiction

<p>Do you ever say you want something, but then partake in actions that are contrary to what you&apos;re trying to achieve? If this is you, don&apos;t beat yourself up over it... We all do it and for different reasons. Sometimes life just throws too much at you and as a result, you take the path of least resistance, veering off course. Or perhaps, you never slowed down long enough to question some of the habits playing out in your life and how they were effecting it. In this episode I&apos;ll share how a GAP analysis exposed my contradictions, as well as, the framework to identify them in your own life. </p>
