<p>Often, one of the least helpful things we can hear when we’re feeling stress or tension is to <em>just relax</em>. Fortunately, there’s another way in. Through body language, breath, and gentle visualization, we can lure ourselves out of a state of muscle-tensing high alert and toward ease, and it doesn’t have to take long.
