Flowing Into 5D

<p>Old patterns, limiting beliefs, addictions, distractions, and reactions are examples of dark stuff we no longer need. We can feel them running through our bodies, and it can be easy letting them take over our lives. What we often forget is that we have all the tools and strength to transcend them. When we intentionally decide to feel them and face them, we’ll be able to bring awareness to our spirit and soul. This is when we can start the ascension process, the Great Awakening, and flow into the 5D.&nbsp;</p><br><p>In today’s solo episode of Fire and Souls, I share a touching message I received from one of my listeners. Then I talk about how I’m experiencing a lot more flow than I've ever experienced in my life.
