After nearly 3 decades of friendship, I had a candid roundtable discussion with my boys (Jerome Fletcher and Jeff Watts) about what it means to be a father ...especially in today's society with social media, cyber bullying, the pandemic, school shootings and more. We touched on our days of coming in as freshmen at NCA&TSU in the 90's and coming into our manhood to now all being fathers.
