Hart House Podcasters Tony, Ruvimbo, Sabahat and Nermeen host a conversation with students Raluca and Johnathan. The group unpacks the shame and stigma around failure and and reframe it as a space to build a foundation for learning and growth. In a culture that glorifies being busy, these students explore the productivity in taking breaks and prioritizing self-care. They also talk about how to be better at active listening and how healing it can be to spend time with friends.
