Ep 11. Pronouncing X- Two Ways

<p>Listen to these distinctly different pronunciations for the same letter. &nbsp;It all depends on which <em><strong>sound</strong></em> is following the letter X.&nbsp;</p> <p>Here's the breakdown. If the sound after X is a <em>consonant sound</em> it will be pronounced "ks". &nbsp;If the sound after the X is a <em>vowel sound </em>and the next syllable is stressed &nbsp;(bigger, louder and longer) than it will sound like a "gz".
