A listener writes in with a problem we haven't talked about yet on this show: He works in a special needs facility, and during the COVID furlough, he is getting harrassed via phone by one of the residents. He asks for advice, as his supervisor did not seem to provide any guidance. James and Dr. Steve approach from different directions on this one, but give some good pointers.
