And three, try to learn from experiences.</p><p><strong>Tom</strong>: "When you fail, to take a moment to reflect and write down or think to yourself like what could have I done better and try to take that and go to the next phase. I think it's just a constant process that we're all on."</p><p><strong>Tom</strong>: "What you're meant to do, it's not supposed to be easy.
