Andrew Cuomo of New York is very angry. Why is he angry? He's angry because county sheriffs in upstate New York are refusing to enforce the totalitarian lockdown decrees handed down to them from the Governor. He's so angry, in fact, that he believes these sheriffs are dictators. Yes, dictators, for NOT barging into your house to enforce a ten person limit.
