<p>What do you do when you find in a circumstance that you don’t like? Do your thoughts make your situation feel better or worse? The concept that I have control over my thoughts and feelings, and therefore my actions and results was a mind blowing philosophy when I was first introduced to it years ago, and I have found this philosophy help me in so many situations since.</p> <p>This week, I had the chance to interview Robin Davis, a Certified Life Coach from The Life Coach School. I have LOVED using the model they teach there for years, and have used it in self coaching with a lot of success.
