Baby Inverted Strangles

<p>Inverted Strangles are a key part of our strategy for defending positions. <a href="https://ontt.tv/2IrKlaP">While going inverted</a> is never a desirable move to make, it does allow us to <a href="https://ontt.tv/2Y3jPJk">collect more credit</a> and reduce overall risk on the trade. A key part of the inversion process is the strike selection on the inverted side of the position. The standard move is to roll the inverted strike all the way down to the stock price to collect more extrinsic value. But as we see with our KR position today, you could also intentionally sandbag the stock price, and opt for more of a Baby Inverted Strangle to lessen the width of the inversion.</p>
