Daughter of long-time St. Louis Cardinals scout Joe Rigoli, she said she's been scouting players unofficially since she was a kid. After stops with the Rays, Mets and even the office of the MLB commissioner, she found herself as the first ever female in baseball operations for the Miami Marlins.
