Albany "mini-grants" available

Learn about how individuals and nonprofits can apply for a "mini-grant" through Albany's Love Your Block progam to get $500-2,000 in support for repairs, clean-ups, and/or community activities. Erin Johanns explains what types of help is available for projects in Arbor Hill, West Hill, North Albany, the South End, and possibly other city areas, with tips for writing a successful application. She also notes other resources available for home and neighborhood improvements.
