<p>When you think of Peanuts, what's the first thing that comes to mind?</p> <p>Wrong!</p> <p>Obviously, the answer is Shermy! The OG Peanuts superstar! Peanuts wouldn't exist without him. If that October 2, 1950 strip was just a boy and girl silently watch a round-headed kid walk by, also silently, it's unlikely Peanuts would have become the cultural icon it is today. I mean, at least Shermy thinks so probably.</p> <p>In this episode, we take a few minutes to break down who Shermy Plepler was and his impact (Or lack thereof.
