#60 Workplace Flexibility Without Work From Home

<p>Today, I want to talk to you about a trend or scenario that is causing concern for both employers and job seekers and share some thoughts on what I think you can do about it.</p> <p>This trend is workplace flexibility. </p> <p>Everyone wants it and employers are scrambling to figure out how to offer it and still run their business or organization. In this episode I am going to offer a few suggestions for both sides of the employment relationship; employees or potential employees and employers.
