I am so excited to bring today’s episode to you since it concerns one of the foundational components of the work I do in my Mastermind and with all my clients. Core values provide that compass that we all need to show us the direction to follow in order to achieve our goals, and to not be taken off course by the many distractions which life routinely presents. By helping us make even the most difficult decisions more easily, defining who we are and guiding our actions and where we spend our energy, time and resources, core values are critical factors for our success, making them an incredibly important topic for us to explore here today.

I’ll begin by looking at what core values are, and are not, and emphasize the importance of recognizing and defining your own set of these values. We’ll examine why they are so important in our lives, how you can begin today to create yours, and I’ll finish up by sharing with you my own core values. Woven throughout are many examples, including some from my own life, which will help you better understand this crucial concept. We all want to make sure that we are making choices in our lives which align with who we are and what we value. Join with me today to learn about and develop that foundation which will provide you both the strength and direction to do just that.

Please join me as well for my next free workshop, ‘Clear AF’, which will offer you some extra support in getting clarity on what you really want as well as a strategy to implement to start your journey toward achieving it. The workshop takes place Wednesday, December 16, at 4:00 PM PST, and you can sign up for it here: sign up, or by contacting me through email.

And, in an effort to support you even further
