416. Selfish

<p>Most of us will do anything to avoid coming across as selfish. Perhaps it’s a label you never want to be associated with. However, many of us (women especially) are using this advice against ourselves.</p> <p> </p> <p>This week, I invite you to consider whose job it is to ensure you’re as happy and healthy as you can be.
