28 Dance Therapy for People With Disabilities

<p>Sofia provides dance lessons for people with disabilities including those of us with MS. Remember Julie Stamn from Episode 17? She was the one who introduced me to The Dancer Movement where Sofia designs all the classes. I love finding new outlets to get support from.
