25. 1 Step Back = 3 Steps Forward

<p>It's inevitable. You're going to get stuck, you're going to hit plateaus, but what comes from that minor bump in the road is what really matters.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we hit those pitfalls is when we have to double down, because we're close, close to a breakthrough! They often feel "uncomfortable" because we're out of our normal comfort zone, so it's natural, but you're going to come out of it stronger.</p> <p> </p> <p>You can either stay the same, and fall back into your ways of overeating, not exercising, skipping meditation OOR you can Observe, OVERCOME, and repeat this cycle over and over and over again.</p> <p> </p> <p>O- Observe</p> <p>O- Overcome</p> <p>R- Repeat</p> <p> </p> <p>First things first,</p> <p> </p> <p>What do YOUU want? You need to ask yourself this, and REALLY think about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>To change the person you see in the mirror, to change your physique, your habits, to become healthier you must pay attention to the person you are today.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your unconscious programs that dictate who you are, that you may not like (assuming that's why you're trying to change), so observe this person, notice the things you need to change.</p> <p> </p> <p>CHOOSE to change, and OVERCOME every obstacle in your path.
