<p>Jim Masterson is the Executive Director and CEO of the Union Township Chamber of Commerce in New Jersey. Before this, he served in a variety of roles—including as the Vice President of Human Resources—at Union Hospital for more than 26 years. Jim also currently serves as President of the Gateway Family YMCA, President of Ehrhart Gardens Senior Housing, Treasurer of Schaefer Gardens Senior Housing, and more. </p> <p>Over the years, Jim has received numerous awards, including “Citizen of the Year” from the Union Hospital Foundation, the President’s Award from the Union Chamber of Commerce, and the HAVE Award from the American Hospital Association, to name a few.</p> <p>David Arminio is the President of the Union Township Chamber of Commerce in New Jersey. He is also the President of The Friends of the Union Public Library, an organization of almost 100 volunteers that raises funds for the Union Public Library. Before this, David was a teacher and coach at Kawameeh Junior High. He received many awards for his work, including the Mayor’s Award for outstanding civic contribution and the Governor’s Teacher Recognition Award for outstanding teaching.</p> <p>In addition to this, David is an active Member of the Board of Directors of Nora Gardens in Union, a Member of Union’s Board of Education, the Vice President of the Union Township Historical Society, and more.</p> <h3>In this episode…</h3> <p>Are you a citizen of a close-knit city like Union Township, New Jersey?
