199: Preparing For a Team

<p>Alex Pardo explains how he went from burned out and doing everything himself for about 7 years in the business to building a team that has taken over. He now has the time to work on the business so that it keeps working for him rather than him having to work for it. This episode is full of gold and I highly recommend it to anyone that either doesn't have a team or has a team but still feels like the ball is being dropped.</p>
