San Bernardino police have arrested a man who exploded a teddy bear in a parking lot. When they searched his home, they found a ghost gun, ammunition, methamphetamine, illegal fireworks, a bulletproof vest and metal pipes. TV anchor Christina Pascucci is running for California State Senate.
