Are you living in a double standard? Probably! It's everywhere. Everyone does it. We all have the tendency to judge things in others that we see, or would prefer not to see, in ourselves. Have you ever heard someone complain about a complainer? What is that!? They are whining about whiners! Is there an antidote? I don't know.
