Zeke Martin - Multi GRAMMY Mentioned Percussionist

<p>Born in Brussels, Zeke Martin entered the world with a pair of drumsticks in his hands. His musical repertoire includes a blend of Jazz, Funk, R&B, Reggae, Rock and more.  At 12, Zeke had his first gig in France with world-renowned saxophonist, Steve Lacy. Shortly after, he moved to the United States where he began a successful career, including the formation of Zeke Martin & The Oracle in 2000, earning him an interview in Drum! Magazine. Since then, The Oracle has released seven albums, the latest of which are entitled SAY WHAT (2014), #SUF (2016) and PUT IT IN YA HAT (2019). Zeke has performed in many locations in the United States and throughout the world. A small selection include... NAMM in Anaheim, CA. The Berklee Performance Center, The Regatta Bar and The House of Blues, Boston. Zeke has shared the stage with three-time Grammy winner Justin Raines (Israel Houghton), Rie Tsuji (Beyonce) and Jason Langley (Dream Girls, Memphis). He has opened for The Neville Brothers, The Funk Brothers and played with well-known guitarist and retired Red Sox pitcher Bronson Arroyo at the World Series Championship Gala, opening for The Dropkick Murphy’s.
