Zana Pekmez - Head of Customer Intelligence Analytics Products

<p>In this episode, I had the opportunity to speak with Zana Pekmek Head of Customer Intelligence Analytics Products Raiffeisen Bank International AG, and responsible for interoperability of the services with other data Tribes.</p><p>Zana is originally from Bosnia. After the war, she went to High School in the USA on a scholarship and finished College there. When she was younger Zana was more inclined towards art and creative fields, she was into acting and music.</p><p>After college, she worked for The World Bank on a project that introduced VAT Tax in Bosnia. This was the start of her journey into IT through data analysis. She has since worked for Raiffeisen in Bosnia, took a short break to work on another milestone project in Bosnia with Accenture before returning to Raiffeisen and relocating to Vienna in 2019 with her husband and 2 daughters.</p>
