Youth and The Radical Right

<p>We think of young people as social justice warriors, on the forefront of movements for change. Over the last several years, we’ve seen young people are core contributors for movements against racism, sexism and climate change to name a few. </p><p>But what about the young people who aren’t quote on quote “woke”? What about the ones susceptible to right wing extremism, whom the mainstream media largely seem to ignore? </p><p>Naked Politics presents an exploration of the young people being radicalised by the extreme right, we’re hosting a discussion with three great guests to talk about why there are young people who are falling into extremist right wing ideas, and what we can do to prevent it. </p><p></p><p>Our host Banseka Kayembe, is joined by Patrik Hermansson is a researcher at HOPE Not Hate, and Jack Scates and Maddie Cannon from the centre for analysis of the radical right. </p>
