<p>We give out our word constantly, but how important is it to keep it. Today work on reflecting on all the places that you give it out. </p> <p>How much it means to you and to others. The way that others count or rely on ourselves is a huge indicator of the stress that we put on ourselves. </p> <p>As you take inventory begin to focus on how to regain some control of our word and limit the amount of things we say yes to throughout the week </p>
